Our Mission

The mission of the Veterans Business Association is to advance the interests of Veteran Owned Businesses through community awareness, effective networking, and community programs.

To pursue our mission, VBA has established programs and services that address the areas of legislative advocacy, business development, access to capital, and acts as a clearinghouse for referrals and information on Veteran and community issues.

About Us

Founded in 2006 by a group of veteran business owners, the Veterans Business Association is a non-profit association with the mission of growing member businesses, promoting the interests of veteran business owners, and becoming the voice of veteran-owned businesses in a competitive community.

 

Membership is comprised of veteran business owners, individual veterans, retirees, and their families interested in starting their own businesses, and corporate and associate members who support our mission

Business Resource Center

offers veterans and their families, information and mentorship for new business start-ups, expansion of existing businesses, and acquisition or sale of a business, improved business education, business training, and employment opportunities.

New Hires

Hire-a-Vet

We provide support for veterans, active
duty, Reservists, Guardsmen, and their families seeking employment. Provides for resume reviews and employer/employee matching.

Building Homes

Task Force Victor

The center has been developed to empower US Armed Forces Veterans, Active-Duty Military, National Guard, Reservists, and their families help solve the challenges that they face after discharge from the US Armed Forces. Works with homeless Veterans
and Veterans in need of direct assistance.
